Statement
The BOOT pin (IO9) shall allow entry into USB bootloader mode by pulling low during reset; access via the IO9-side pad of the I2C0 SCL pull-up resistor
Acceptance Criteria
ESP32 enters bootloader when IO9 pulled low at power-on; normal boot when released
