Question: which Harmonix base variant does B12 use — Space or Grande? Resolution (2026-05-09): B12 uses Harmonix Space; B6 uses Harmonix Grande. Evidence: pptx Slide 4 ("The fixture is contained inside a Harmonix Space"), Slide 19 (explicit work plan to build 3x Harmonix Space), and Martin confirmed verbally 2026-05-09. ESH10000373 (Harmonix Space Basic, rev 1 Prototype, 44 items) sits at top level of ESH10000480 M11 with ESH10000477 nested inside it. ESH10000373 BOM was authored by copying ESH10000135 Grande as template plus applying Slide 19 deltas (2x always-on 12V fans instead of 1x, USB PSU separate from 12V PSU, 3x Ethernet ports in the back, Ethernet switch TSW010 EPN1000111 can be omitted, USB hub "as small as possible", bottom plates cut to fit, plus Space-specific structural parts ESH10000379/381/606). Structural nesting (Fixture-inside-Space vs sibling) is out of scope for the BOM-fix effort and can be reorganized later. Question: how many slots does B12 have (loopback PCBAs, loopback cables, parking spots)? Resolution: 6 slots, per pptx Slide 8 design criteria — "Parking spots for the loopback boards (6) and loopback cables (6)". Implication for ESH10000481 (Test Boards): EPN1000560 BOA_CB_LB_TB Loopback PCBA quantity should be 6 (was 1 in MES at time of review). ESH10000478 (Test Cables) is already consistent: loopback cables EPN1000445 ARC6-16 are at qty 6 (W2-W7) in MES. Question: does the B12 fixture need a bare aluminium fixture plate, and if so what part number? Question: are ESH10000565, 566, 606, 578 needed in B12 and if so where do they belong in the BOM tree? Resolution: (a) ESH10000606 Harmonix Back Cover with 80mm FAN — migrated from ESH10000477 into ESH10000373 M28 on 2026-05-09 (qty 2 — two back covers). (b) ESH10000566 B12CB 230V Hood (Power Cover) — migrated into ESH10000373 M27 on 2026-05-09. (c) ESH10000565 B12CB Cable Hood Lid — confirmed needed, stays in ESH10000477 M7 (Martin, 2026-05-10). (d) ESH10000578 B12CB Decor plate Space with fan — confirmed needed, stays in ESH10000477 M4 (Martin, 2026-05-10). Net effect: structural covers moved up to Harmonix Space level; cable hood lid and decor plate stay at the Fixture level. See attachments/2026-05-10_BOM_Review_snapshot/BOM_Review.md.
Question: what is the correct quantity and refdes for ESH10000604 (2 pos test cable temp) in ESH10000478? Resolution (2026-05-09): updated from qty 1 / M15 to qty 4 / T1-T4 to match the connection table in B12 CB Connections.csv. The four T-positions reflect distinct temperature measurement points on the B12 fixture. See attachments/2026-05-10_BOM_Review_snapshot/BOM_Review.md cable usage table.
Question: how is the "AccQ2 with PSU" configuration represented in B12 — as a single combined ESH part, or as Bare-plus-separate-PSU? Resolution (2026-05-10): the AccQ2-with-PSU configuration is represented as ESH10000182 (Accordion A2 Bare, at ESH10000480 M7) plus a separate PSU (ESH10000533 M2Top PSU at ESH10000480 M13). No part swap is needed. ESH10000182 stays at M7 as already populated in MES. See attachments/2026-05-10_BOM_Review_snapshot/BOM_Review.md.
Question: does B12 need the top-level fasteners that B6 has (EPN1000153 Skruv M3 6mm x26, EPN1000162 Skruv M4 16mm x8)? Resolution (2026-05-09): DEFERRED — not pursued in this review. The B12 fastener question (and similar Skruv items at top level) is parked until the more substantive structure is in place. Question: should ESH10000552 (Cradle collection) and ESH10000553 (Cable guide collection 1-8) in ESH10000479 be single-qty collection entries or expanded into individual parts with explicit quantities? Resolution (2026-05-10): Felix confirmed both are correct as single-qty collection entries. No change needed. ESH10000552 "B12CB Cradle collection" at X4 qty 1 — correct. Scope: Systematic review of ESH10000480 (B12CB Test Station, rev 0 Prototype) and its full sub-BOM tree against the design-intent slide deck and B6CTRL (ESH10000268) manufacturing template. 7 phases (top-level station, Harmonix Space, Fixture, Fixture Plate, Test Boards, Test Cables, Documentation).
Deliverables: BOM tree completion; reconciliation of part placements (covers migrated up to Space level, fixture plate added, loopback quantities corrected); authoritative snapshot of the 44-item Harmonix Space BOM.
