REQ-003 — A1 PSU power-control tests ported to Accordion A2

Statement
All approximately 22 test cases (TestStand sequences and Python scripts) that currently use Accordion A1 for PSU power control shall be identified, re-written, and ported to use Accordion A2.
Acceptance Criteria
All ~22 tests identified and catalogued; each test re-developed targeting the A2 API; all ported tests pass individually on the upgraded station.
