Statement
Every firmware test case with numeric performance limits (timing, memory budget, throughput, jitter) shall have a documented derivation explaining how those limits were chosen.
Acceptance Criteria
For each firmware test case with numeric limits, evidence of derivation exists — passCriterion cites the source (datasheet figure, calibration measurement, regulation clause), OR a linked please_decision documents the rationale.
