Statement
The 8-channel differential analog input front-end shall expose a programmable-gain amplifier with selectable gains across a wide range, accept ±16 V at its input, and offer an auto-scaling mechanism that dynamically selects the optimal gain based on observed amplitude
Acceptance Criteria
PGA gain settings: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16; PGA accommodates up to ±16 V at input; auto-scaling selects optimal gain; manual gain selection also available for fixed-range cases; PGA855 differential compliance ±17.5 V; common-mode compliance ±15 V.
