REQ-014 — PoE Input — Active 802.3at (45W)

Statement
The design shall support active PoE (IEEE 802.3at Type 2, Class 4) as an alternative power input, providing up to 45W. A PD controller (TPS2373-4RGWR, EGP10001943) shall perform the 802.3at detection and classification handshake with the upstream PSE. The PoE rail shall feed the existing LM76005 buck converter to produce the 20V main bus.
Acceptance Criteria
- TPS2373-4RGWR successfully completes 802.3at Class 4 negotiation with a compliant 802.3at switch/injector.
- 20V main bus present and within REQ-001 tolerance when powered via PoE only.
- PoE input does not interfere with USB-C PD or Phoenix connector input paths.
- MON_VPOE rail readable via U24 ADC within ±5% (per REQ-040).
